  • 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
  2. Combine rolled oats, cinnamon, and salt in a large bowl.
  3. Mix mashed bananas, honey, melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract in another bowl until smooth.
  4. Fold the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients until well combined.

  6. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly. Bake for about 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
