Ingredients

  • Shrimp (peeled and deveined)
  • Rice (white or brown)
  • Bang Bang sauce (mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha)
  • Green onions (for garnish)
  • Optional veggies (like cucumber or avocado)

Instructions

  1. Start by cooking the rice according to package instructions. Set it aside once it’s cooked.
  2. In a bowl, prepare the bang bang sauce by mixing mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and sriracha together. Adjust the levels to your preferred spice.
  3. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add a bit of oil to the pan.
  4. Add the shrimp to the skillet in a single layer and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until they turn pink and are cooked through.
  5. Once cooked, transfer the shrimp to a bowl and toss them with the bang bang sauce until well-coated.
  6. In bowls, layer the cooked rice followed by the spicy shrimp on top. Add any optional veggies if using.
  7. Garnish with chopped green onions and serve warm!

Notes

For the best texture, ensure the shrimp are cooked just until pink. Use a non-stick skillet for crispy shrimp. Store leftovers in an airtight container for 2-3 days.
