Homemade Sourdough Honey Chocolate Graham Crackers made with discard, honey, and cocoa. Crisp, wholesome, and delicious.
1 cup sourdough discard
1 cup whole wheat flour
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup butter or coconut oil (melted)
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla
1. Whisk flour, cocoa, baking powder, and salt together.
2. Mix sourdough discard, honey, melted butter, and vanilla in another bowl.
3. Combine wet and dry ingredients until dough forms.
4. Chill dough for 30 minutes.
5. Roll dough to 1/8 inch and cut into squares.
6. Prick with fork and place on parchment-lined tray.
7. Bake at 350°F for 12–15 minutes until edges are crisp.
8. Cool completely before serving.
Substitute coconut oil for dairy-free version.
Store in airtight container for up to 1 week.
Pairs well with nut butter or for s’mores.
