  • 1 teaspoon cumin

  • Fresh parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Combine the yogurt, minced garlic, olive oil, paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper to create a marinade.
  2. Add the chicken breasts to the marinade, ensuring they are well-coated. Let them marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) while the chicken marinates.
  4. Place the marinated chicken in a baking dish and cover with aluminum foil.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and juices run clear.
  6. Remove the foil and broil for an additional 5 minutes to get a golden top.
