  • 1 pound chicken breast, cut into cubes
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Skewers (wooden or metal)

Instructions

  1. Start by soaking wooden skewers in water for about 15 minutes, if using.
  2. Mix the olive oil, minced garlic, grated parmesan, herbs, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Add the chicken cubes to the bowl and coat them well with the mixture.
  4. Thread the chicken cubes onto the skewers, leaving a little space between each piece.
  5. Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium heat.
  6. Place the skewers on the grill and cook for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally until the chicken is cooked through.
  7. Once cooked, remove from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
