Juicy chicken skewers marinated in ranch dressing, garlic, and parmesan, perfect for gatherings and barbecues.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb chicken breast, cubed
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Skewers (wooden or metal)

Instructions

  1. Combine the chicken pieces, ranch dressing, garlic powder, and parmesan cheese in a large mixing bowl. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Mix until the chicken is well-coated with the ranch mixture.
  3. Soak wooden skewers in water for about 30 minutes to prevent burning on the grill.
  4. Thread the marinated chicken onto the skewers, leaving a little space between each piece.
  5. Preheat your grill to medium heat or use a grill pan on the stovetop.
  6. Place the skewers on the grill and cook for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through.
  7. Remove from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes before serving. Drizzle with extra ranch dressing.

Notes

For best results, ensure your grill is preheated and do not overcrowd the skewers for even cooking.
