1 lb ground beef
2 cups broccoli florets
1 red bell pepper, sliced
1 cup snap peas
1 carrot, thinly sliced

3 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp hoisin sauce or mushroom stir fry sauce
1 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp sesame oil
2 tbsp cooking oil
2 scallions, sliced for garnish
