Juicy chicken skewers drizzled with garlic and Parmesan, perfect for summer barbecues or cozy dinners.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Skewers (soaked in water if using wooden skewers)

Instructions

  1. Soak the skewers in water if they are wooden to prevent them from burning on the grill.
  2. Mix the olive oil, minced garlic, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Add the chicken pieces to the bowl and stir until they are well-coated. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  4. Preheat your grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
  5. Thread the marinated chicken onto the skewers.
  6. Grill the skewers for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through.
  7. Remove from heat, sprinkle with extra Parmesan cheese if desired, and serve immediately.

Notes

For best texture, ensure chicken is cut into uniform pieces. Use a meat thermometer to check for doneness; chicken should reach 165°F.
