  • 1 cup (200g) granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/3 cup (40g) unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup (65g) all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×9 inch baking pan.
  2. In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over low heat.
  3. Remove the saucepan from heat and stir in the sugar, eggs, and vanilla.
  4. Mix in the cocoa powder, flour, salt, and baking powder until well combined.
