A delightful dish combining salmon with crunchy Parmesan cheese for a quick and nutritious meal.

  • 4 Salmon fillets
  • 1 cup Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup Bread crumbs
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper.
  3. Place the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet and pat them dry with paper towels.
  4. Mix together the grated Parmesan, bread crumbs, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
  5. Drizzle olive oil over the salmon and then sprinkle the Parmesan mixture on top, pressing down gently.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and the topping is golden brown.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired, then serve warm.

Notes

To maintain crispy topping when reheating, use the oven instead of a microwave.
