A delicious and comforting Chicken Alfredo Casserole that combines tender chicken, creamy Alfredo sauce, and pasta for a hearty meal.

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 8 oz pasta (like penne or rotini)
  • 2 cups Alfredo sauce
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (mozzarella or cheddar)
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: veggies like broccoli or spinach

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the pasta according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  3. Combine the cooked chicken, Alfredo sauce, and drained pasta in a large mixing bowl.
  4. Add in the shredded cheese and mix well until everything is evenly coated.
  5. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish and spread it out evenly.
  6. Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese on top and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until bubbly and golden.
  7. Remove from oven and let it sit for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

Make sure your pasta is al dente, as it will cook more in the oven. Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
