Delicious and protein-packed muffin tin egg bites made with cottage cheese and shredded cheese, perfect for breakfast or a quick snack.

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a muffin tin with cooking spray.
  2. Whisk together the eggs and cottage cheese until smooth.
  3. Stir in the shredded cheese, salt, pepper, and any optional vegetables or ingredients.
  4. Pour the mixture evenly into the greased muffin tin, filling each cup about ¾ full.
