Delicious mini sandwiches of shredded chicken in BBQ sauce, topped with coleslaw, perfect for gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 1 cup barbecue sauce
  • 12 mini slider buns
  • 1 cup coleslaw mix
  • 1/2 cup coleslaw dressing

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix the cooked shredded chicken with barbecue sauce until well coated.
  2. In a separate bowl, combine the coleslaw mix with coleslaw dressing and stir until evenly coated.
  3. Slice the slider buns in half and place the bottom halves on a serving platter.
  4. Spoon a generous amount of the BBQ chicken mixture onto each bun bottom.
  5. Top the chicken with a spoonful of coleslaw, adding crunch and flavor.
  6. Place the top halves of the buns on each slider and serve immediately.
  7. If desired, you can toast the buns lightly in the oven before assembling for a warm, crispy finish.

Notes

Use pre-cooked rotisserie chicken for convenience. Serve with extra barbecue sauce on the side for dipping. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
